Include SDK babel code in apexparser project

description

Currently this wont build on a x64bit system or a system where this project is in another drive besides the c: drive.
This is because it is missing all of the SDK babel parser code. (on a x64 system they are in Program Files (x86))
Including these files in the project rather than linking them should solve the issue.

On my x86 bit box, these files are located @ C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 SDK\VisualStudioIntegration\Common\Source\CSharp\Babel They are probably in a similarly named directory on x64 boxes.

I linked to them instead of including them directly in the source because I'm not clear on all the Licensing stuff and whether or not it is permissible to include Microsoft's files in an OS project.
